On-Site Machinery Conversions
Our highly skilled technicians can install our Smart Control™ and Max-E-Save™ technologies in your machines on-site in your plant in as little as 4 days. On-site machinery conversions to Smart Control Technology include:
- Changing controls to PC / PLC based controls, software license for PWI operating system, new operator interface, and all necessary re-wiring.
- Converting the machine to fully proportional hydraulics.
- Installing highly efficient brushless DC servo motor(s) and drive(s)
Complete Machinery Re-Engineering and Re-Manufacturing
You can send your machinery to our plant for a complete re-engineering and re-manufacturing including implementation of our Smart Control™ and Max-E-Save™ technologies. In addition to everything that is included in an on-site machinery conversion, complete machinery re-engineering and re-manufacturing includes, among other things:
- Re-honing of the clamp cylinder.
- Grinding and Re-chroming of the clamp ram.
- Grinding and Re-chroming of tie bars.
- Re-surfacing of the platens, with re-tapping and/or re-building of the threads.
